MIRPUR ( AJK): May 17 : Azad Jammu Kashmir Prime Minister Faisal Mumtaz Rathore on Sunday administered oath to the newly elected office-bearers of the Jammu Kashmir Union of Journalists, Poonch Division at a ceremony hosted at Sardar Palace Banguin in Rawalakot district headquarter, according to official sources.

At the same time former Prime Minister Sardar Tanveer Ilyas Khan administered oath to the newly elected office-bearers of Sagheer Shaheed Press Club, Paniola on Sunday.

On the occasion, Prime Minister Rathore and former Prime Minister Tanveer Ilyas Khan announced financial assistance of Rs. 500,000 each for the Jammu and Kashmir Union of Journalists, Poonch, and Sagheer Shaheed Press Club, Paniola, authoritative AJK government sources told our Special Jammu Kashmir state Correspondent Altaf Hamid Rao late Sunday.

Member Kashmir Council Sardar Adnan Sayab Khalid also announced the provision of 10 marla piece of land for construction of Sagheer Shaheed Press Club building. Advisor to the Government Sardar Ahmed Sagheer and others attended the ceremony.
