MIRPUR ( AJK): June 29 ( APP): Newly-inducted Vice Chancellor of State-controlled Azad Jammu Kashmir University, Muzaffarabad Professor Dr. Nasir Jamal Khattak called on Azad Jammu Kashmir President Barrister Sultan Mahmood Chaudhry at the residence in Jammu Kashmir House in the federal metropolis on Sunday, it was officially said.

Tge AJK President Barrister Sultan, who is also Chancellor of AJK-based public-sector Universities while congratulating the newly appointed VC on taking over the charge of his office of Vice Chancellor, directed him to utilize all his abilities and energies to improve the quality of education and resolve the issues faced by the university. The President assured him of the State’s full cooperation in this regard.

A former Prime Minister of Azad Jammu Kashmir Sardar Muhammad Yaqub Khan also called on the AJK President Barrister Sultan Mahmood Chaudhry at the Jammu Kashmir House in the federal metropolis on Sunday . Both of them discussed, in detail, the prevailing political situation in Azad Jammu Kashmir.
