DOHA, Qatar • 14 December 2025 – His Excellency Mr. Saad Sherida Al-Kaabi, the Minister of State for Energy Affairs, led Qatar’s delegation at the 115th Ministerial Council meeting of the Organization of Arab Petroleum Exporting Countries “OAPEC”, which was held in the State of Kuwait.

The meeting addressed a number of issues related to the Organization’s work in addition to the 2026 draft budget and the ongoing project to develop its work, reorganize its activities, and launch a new identity.

The Organization of Arab Petroleum Exporting Countries was established in 1968 and is headquartered in Kuwait.
