Doha, June 29 (QNA) – Under the patronage and attendance of HE Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for Defense Affairs Sheikh Saoud bin Abdulrahman bin Hassan Al-Thani and in the presence of HE Chief of Staff of the Qatari Armed Forces Lieutenant General (Pilot) Jassim bin Mohammed Al Mannai, Joaan bin Jassim Academy for Defense Studies celebrated the graduation of the 6th National Defense Course, the 12th Joint Command and Staff Course, the Graduate Studies Programs (Master’s and Doctorate), and the Deanship of Graduate Studies and Scientific Research, at the Academy’s premises.
The participants in the two courses, graduate studies programs, and the Deanship of Graduate Studies and Scientific Research include senior-ranking officers from units of the Qatari Armed Forces, military and security agencies, and senior officials in ministries and institutions of the State, in addition to the participation of a number of officers from fraternal and friendly countries.
The ceremony included honoring the top-performing graduates, alongside a presentation of the key stages of the educational process at the Academy.
The ceremony was attended by a number of Their Excellencies the Ministers, ambassadors of fraternal and friendly countries to the State of Qatar, military attaches to the State of Qatar, and a number of senior officer leaders and officials in the Qatari Armed Forces.
