MIRPUR ( AJK): June 29: Rich tributes were paid, at a condolence reference, to veteran late Kashmiri jurist and retired District & Session Judge Muhammad Zakeriya Bhatti, Advocate, and two other seasoned late lawyers for their life time services to the bar, who had died here the other days after prolonged illness.

Mirpur District Bar Association managed the condolence reference in the honour of the departed distinguished member of the Bar Advocate Muhammad Zakriya Bhatti, Muhammad Bostan Chaudhry Advocate ( Retd session judge ) and Muhammad Riaz Tabbassam Advocates.

Custodian of AJK Justice Khald Yousaf was key speaker to grace the occasion.

The ceremony was attended among others by Presidents of AJK Supreme Court Bar Association, AJK High Court Bar, members of Ajk Bar Council besides a large numbers of senior lawyers and members of district bar.

Speakers highlighted the contributions of the late lawyers for upholding the Law and constitution, besides their devotion towards their profession maintaining the integrity and honesty as being judges and the lawyers

Speaking on this occasion, AJK Custodian Judge Khalid Yousaf paid glorious tributes to the both of the late retired judges and the lawyers for their meritorious life time services both at bench and bar. Justice Khalid Yousaf prayed for rest of the departed souls in eternal peace and grant of fortitude to their respective bereaved families to bear the loss with courage.

Mirpur DBA President Advocate Ch Mehmood, while speaking on this occasion, highlighted the high life profile and distinguished role and contributions to upholding of the august house of the district bar Association being members in their post-retirement era.

Ex Presidents District Bar Association Mirpur-AJK sardar ejaz nazir , kamran tariq and arshad maliks advocates also paid rich tributes to the departed souls while addressing the condolence reference.
