Pakistan Air Force Day is celebrated annually on the 7th of September, a day that commemorates the bravery, dedication, and heroic feats of the Pakistan Air Force (PAF). The significance of this day dates back to the Indo-Pak war of 1965, where the PAF played a pivotal role in defending the country against a much larger Indian Air Force.

The roots of this celebration lie in the events of 7th September 1965. Despite having a smaller fleet, the Pakistan Air Force achieved significant victories, turning the tide in Pakistan’s favor.
