Doha, Qatar – January 22, 2025 – A delegation from the Pakistan Engineering Forum (PEF), including Chairman of the Advisory Board Mr. Hamid Rasul, President Mr. Arshad Hussain, and Vice President Mr. Ahmad Javaid, met with His Excellency Muhammad Aamer, Ambassador of Pakistan to Qatar. Senior embassy officials, including Mr. Osama Idrees, Community Welfare Attaché, and Mr. Mohsin Qureshi, Community Welfare Attaché-II, were also present.

The meeting began with introductions, followed by a productive discussion on matters of national interest. Mr. Hamid and Mr. Arshad highlighted PEF’s past contributions in serving the Pakistani diaspora in Qatar. The discussion fostered mutual understanding and collaboration.

Ambassador Muhammad Aamer expressed his full support for PEF and assured the embassy’s cooperation in future initiatives. “The embassy is the home of Pakistanis in Qatar. My staff and I are just caretakers, as if we are living here on rent,” he remarked.

This meeting marked the beginning of continued engagement between PEF and the Embassy of Pakistan, reinforcing their shared commitment to the Pakistani community in Qatar.
