Doha, April 27 (QNA) – Qatar Airways has announced the resumption of daily flights to Bahrain and Kozhikode starting May 1, as part of its ongoing efforts to restore its global network.
In a statement issued Monday, the airline said the move follows the recent resumption of daily services to Dubai and Sharjah on April 23, as well as the planned restart of flights to Damascus from May 1. The expansion aims to enhance regional connectivity and provide passengers with greater flexibility across key destinations.
The statement added that Qatar Airways is continuing the phased restoration of its global network, improving access to major markets across six continents in response to increasing travel demand and the steady recovery of international aviation markets.
Passengers are advised to visit the airline’s website or mobile application and ensure their contact details are updated. Travelers holding tickets issued for journeys between February 28 and September 15, 2026, are eligible for flexible options.
These include complimentary date changes up to October 31, 2026, subject to availability and fare conditions. Passengers may also opt for refunds on unused tickets, which may take up to 28 working days to process.
The airline further noted that additional booking changes can be made free of charge if flights are modified, while maintaining the original travel class and benefits, ensuring convenience and customer satisfaction.
