London, October 29 (QNA) – The Qatar Fund for Development (QFFD), Education Above All (EAA) Foundation, and King’s Trust International (KTI) have signed a landmark agreement to address global youth unemployment and empower over 51,000 young people across several countries.

The signing ceremony, held in London during KTI’s 10th anniversary celebrations, was attended by Fahad Hamad Al Sulaiti, Director General of QFFD; Mohammed Saad Al Kubaisi, CEO of EAA Foundation; and Will Straw, CEO of King’s Trust International.

Supported by QFFD as a principal benefactor, the partnership will advance KTI’s Generation Potential campaign and expand programs in Pakistan, Jordan, Nigeria, Ghana, and the Caribbean. These initiatives focus on youth empowerment, economic inclusion, and gender equality, especially among young women and marginalized groups.

Al Sulaiti emphasized QFFD’s belief in the power of youth to build a sustainable future, noting that investing in young people is “an investment in peace, prosperity, and shared humanity.”

Al Kubaisi highlighted that EAA’s collaboration with KTI and QFFD aims to equip youth with the skills and knowledge needed to thrive in the green economy, fostering sustainable development and collective action.
Will Straw expressed gratitude for Qatar’s visionary support, saying the partnership would enable KTI “to reach more young people than ever before,” helping them overcome economic challenges and contribute to a more equitable world.
