Doha, Qatar – November 24, 2025 – QGIRCO commemorated World Diabetes Day with a comprehensive health awareness initiative at its headquarters, reinforcing its commitment to employee well-being and community health.

In a thoughtful celebration held on Sunday, November 23, QGIRCO employees were welcomed to the office with specially customised mugs featuring the message ‘Stay Sweet Without Sugar’, designed to motivate employees to go sugar-free every time they are used. The mugs will further serve as a daily reminder of the importance of diabetes prevention and healthy lifestyle choices, encouraging small but meaningful changes in everyday habits.

The CSR initiative, conducted in partnership with Diabetes Qatar (DQ), provided employees with valuable resources to understand better and manage their health. A one-day health camp was organised by (DQ), offering complimentary medical check-ups, including blood sugar testing and screening, empowering employees to manage and prevent diabetes proactively.
