Russia has received an official invitation to participate in the upcoming G20 summit scheduled to take place in the United States this December, according to media reports.
Speaking to journalists, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Alexander Pankin confirmed that the invitation allows for participation “at the highest level,” as reported by TASS.
However, he noted that a final decision regarding Russia’s representation has yet to be made, adding that clarity is expected closer to the event as preparations continue.
The summit will be held in Miami on December 14–15, bringing together leaders from major developed and developing economies to discuss key global priorities.
The annual gathering serves as a key platform to address global economic challenges, strengthen international cooperation, and discuss pressing geopolitical and financial issues affecting markets worldwide.
