New York, July 14 (QNA) – HE Secretary-General of the United Nations Antonio Guterres offered his condolences to HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani on the passing of HH the Late Father Amir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al-Thani.
