Three-Month Internet Suspension Triggers Major Surge in Mirpur Division Complaints

*MIRPUR (AJK), September 9 (APP):* The spokesperson for the Special Communications Organization (SCO), Mirpur Division, said on Wednesday that internet-related complaints in the division had increased significantly following the restoration of internet services after a three-month suspension.
He said that as users could not lodge complaints during the period of service suspension, a large number of complaints were received simultaneously soon after the services were restored.
The spokesperson maintained that internet-related complaints had also increased due to certain weather-related issues in the region.
The SCO Mirpur Division team has been working round the clock to promptly address users’ complaints and has so far resolved around 90 percent of them, while work on the remaining complaints is progressing rapidly.
The spokesperson expressed hope that all outstanding complaints would be resolved within the next few days.
He said the SCO was utilizing all available resources to provide its valued customers with quality and state-of-the-art communication and internet services, while practical measures were being taken to ensure the prompt resolution of problems faced by users.
