Kashmiri media to leave no stone unturned to safeguard ideological, geographical frontiers of Pakistan: Freedom of Kashmir: KPC President

MIRPUR (AJK): Aug 13: The emergence of the the Allah Almighty-gifted seperate Homeland of the muslims of the subcontinent- the Islamic Republic of Pakistan,   is the result of the supreme sacrifices of our forefathers under the great struggle and the inspiring dynamic leadership of Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah.

The people of Kashmir are making the greatest sacrifices shoulder to shoulder their brave armed forces if Pakistan for the stability, security and safeguarding the ideological  and geographical frontiers of the country.

Our Special Jammu and Kashmir state Correspondent Altaf Hamid Rao reports from Mirpur that these views were expressed  by newly-elected office bearers of the Kashmir Press Club Mirpur including President Syed Abid Hussain Shah, General Secretary Raja Sohrab Khan and others while addressing a special ceremony hosted in the  Kashmir Press Club Mirpur on Tuesday  to mark the 77th Independence Day celebrations of Pakistan falling on August 14 Wednesday, started on Tuesday.

Apart from a large number of journalists, city elite from various schools of thoughts came to congratulate the newly elected officials of the Press Club.

These include a large number of personalities belonging to the civil society attended the grand ceremony followed by lunch and sweetmeat. as a mark of joy attending the Independence Day of Pakistan  celebrations.

Earlier, a special prayer was offered for the upholding of the ranks of the great martyrs of the valint armed forces of Pakistan who sacrificed their lives for the stability and security of Pakistan, the Pakistan movement besides the defense of the motherland.

Jashan Azadi cooked food  was also distributed among the participants besides the general visitors.

Speakers including  President  Syed Abid Hussain Shah, Secretary  General Raja Sohrab Ahmed Khan and others said that the member  journalists of Kashmir Press Club Mirpur have always played their full and positive role for the success of Kashmir freedom Movement besides and the stability, security and protection of Pakistan, the ultimate destination of  Pakistan in all respects.

“The newly elected leadership of the club is fully aware of its responsibilities and will always strive for unity and consensus among journalists, solutions to their long standing problems, to .aintain the decorum of the media besides their respect and honor  the dignity of the Kashmir Press Club.
