Occupied Jerusalem – On Wednesday, a Palestinian youth and a child were injured by Israeli occupation forces during a raid in the city of Jenin in the occupied West Bank.
The Palestinian news agency WAFA reported that clashes broke out as the Israeli forces stormed Jenin camp and the town of Kafr Dan. During the confrontations, a young man was shot in the shoulder, and a child was injured by shrapnel. Both were hospitalized.
Furthermore, Israeli forces arrested three Palestinians in Kafr Dan and commenced bulldozing agricultural lands and destroying the town’s infrastructure.
In recent weeks, there has been an escalation in Israeli raids and incursions into Palestinian villages and towns in the occupied West Bank and Jerusalem, alongside an increase in the arrests of Palestinian activists and youth.
